I had an almost 3 weeks stay in Japan, and my full internet was provided by JW. However the first device they leased me went broke, they were flexible, and they supported a new device almost instantly. So, I'm fully recommend, to use this service, if you need internet in Japan.

Excellent internet speed. hassle-free service getting the router.
Problems with the return was also not. Sealed in the attached envelope and dropped into the nearest mailbox on the way to the airport. Device's battery easily lasts all day if you always charge it to full at night. Price/value relativity is superb. Recomend for everybody. I will use it again, wherever available.
