The whole process was seemless, and our unit worked perfectly

Overall easy and good experience. I picked up the Wifi box at the airport and used it for 2 weeks with no issues. Drop off was simple as well. Would use again. :)

I had lots of connectivity problems with my North-American cell phone while in Japan, but that mobile access point worked flawless everywhere, even outside of large cities. Simple to use, convenient pickup and return options. I highly recommend.

Experience was great! Hotspot had great coverage and it was very convenient to receive and return. I have used this service on multiple trips to Japan.

Great connection our entire trip and absolutely essential to have for Sat nav etc.
Easy collection and return.

Everything worked great

The pocket WiFi was very fast and reliable. Their customer service was also top notch. Highly recommended.

This service is the best wireless router service in Japan. My data speed was very fast and truly unlimited. I will use Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan.

Really loved having pocket wifi with us with barely any restrictions and no issues. Will definitely order again when we're back in Japan.

Quick delivery, good quality connection which worked fine everywhere we went in Japan.
