Very easy and convenient! We picked up the package at the airport upon arrival and then dropped it off at the airport in the prepaid shipping envelope that was provided. Had great coverage throughout our trip.

Japan Wireless informed me and suggest to change my pick up time and location because my flight arrival time was near closing time of Kansai Post Office and risky to proceed. I was able to change to the different location and gave me peace of mind. This is my 8th time using Japan-Wireless in 2 years. Once I also had a problem charging the device, but their communication, assistance and service were very supportive and my need were heard. They also provide local attraction, place to visit, eat, etc. Their team communication are very remarkable. Thank you for excellent service!

I rented the WiFi for two weeks while in Japan. It was very convenient to use and very helpful while we traveling from Osaka to Kyoto and then Tokyo. It was a plus with an extra battery provided with the rental. We were very happy and gave 5 stars. I highly recommend everyone to use Japan Wireless if you plan to visit Japan.

It worked great during my 3 weeks stay in Japan. Make sure to take the back up battery to everywhere you go. Also read the direction on how to use. It stopped working at one point but the direction included trouble shooting and when I tried, it worked.

Japan wireless was great. The service was reliable hooking up the cell network. When I hit 1GB of data use, the wifi slowed. Japan wireless immediately sent me a new one that was received within 24 hours. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Recommend!

It is a pleasant experience using Japan Wireless Mobile device in Japan Travelling. Wherever we went, we were connected to Internet without any problems. We can search train schedules as well as restaurant information anytime even in a remote area. I definitely will use this revives again in my next trip to Japan.
