fast and good service

Ningún problema en la entrega en el hotel. La configuración muy sencilla. Imprescindible la batería extra para que el dispositivo dure las 14 horas que estábamos fuera del hotel. Muy buena velocidad de descarga y cobertura total en las zonas en las que nos desplazamos. Conectamos dos dispositivos móviles sin problemas. La devolución mediante sobre en el aeropuerto de Narita nos permitió conectividad hasta el último momento. Excelente solución.

Lowest price + best service = best value ever! The device was waiting at the hotel when we checked in, worked perfectly where ever we traveled in Hokkaido and return at the New Chitose Airport upon departure was simple and convenient. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Everything as advertised: device delivered on time, easy to set up and use, simple to return. Will use again on next Japan visit.

First off, why don't we have this level of internet service and products in the US? This little portable device is faster and more reliable than the wifi I have at home.
Second, it was so easy. The instructions to operate it was clear, and the instructions to use the mail return was super easy.
Third, coverage was always there. We went to several different cities, and up the mountains. I turned off my car's built in GPS in favor of using Google Maps through the wifi.
Highly recommend.

I rented a Japan Wireless pocket wifi for a two-week visit to Japan in November 2018. While I did have minor coverage issues out in the countryside, all-in-all, the battery held up well and service was very clear. And the return procedure could not have been easier. This was all for a reasonable cost. I will definitely use Japan Wireless the next time I visit Japan.

The service is excellent and I got the unit from the hotel lobby with complete instructions and even a battery back-up! Returning the unit is easy - just put inside the pre-paid envelope and drop them in a mail box in the airport. Coverage was much faster and better than in the US!
