Used it for 2 weeks while in Japan last October. Was at our hotel upon arrival and was easily dropped in the mail before we left. Wifi worked great and made navigating public transportation much easier than it would have otherwise! We'll definitely use this service again on our next trip.

Had no problems using it for 17 days all over Japan. Charge lasted the whole day we were out.

I rented pocket wi-fi and it was waiting for me when I got to my hotel. Very easy to use and mailed it back at the end of my trip. You need to use this service! 5 STARS
