Very happy with the price and fast delivery to hotel. Pocket wi-fi worked well. Mobile battery is very usefull. Only bad point is that the pocket wi-fi was in japanese only.

The rechargeable battery was not getting enough power to last longer than 4 - 5 hours. It sometimes did not charge at the hotels at all. The wifi is great though.

Worked as promised. No issues. Pickup and return was fast and easy.

The pocket wi fi was wonderful, as we could research shinkansen routes and times. For Americans accessing websites we are familiar with was great! There was no place where the wi fi did not work except when the battery died and we didn't bring the portable charger.
The website did not show what the day was in Japan and I had reserved it for a day in advance. Luckily the post office staff still had my mail and were very helpful.

This was used on Cheryl Uwono's phone as given as a gift from her children. There seems to be no problem while she used her iPhone.

This MiFi device was fantastic and a cornerstone to my wife and I getting around Japan for 5 weeks. We always had really good signal (except in the Japanese alps, which is to be expected to not have signal) and we rarely had to charge the device during the day.

The device worked well and was reliable. Good price.
