It was really easy to order, receive connect, use and return. Internet access is really necessary for tourist in Japan, because every moment you need a map, a railway-application, a wiki, a something-else. With Japan Wireless router we were online everywhere from Miajima to Hitachinaka, and it is cool!

I absolutely appreciated Japan Wireless services while in Japan. They delivered their device promptly to my hotel without any delays. The instructions were clear and concise and they couldn't have made it any easier for us with the return instructions. The internet connection was also very fast. Would definitely book with them again.

This was fairly easy, though you have to go to find the airport post office after a 14-hour flight. The phone and portable WiFi were really great to have, and the price was reasonable.
