Each time I use it delivered on time. And easy to set up. I wish it is lighter a litlle bit.

The delivery of the pocket wifi was easy and seamless. We opted to pick it up at the airport and there was no difficulty doing this. Our one hiccup was that when we got the unit, it had it's interface in Japanese. In asking many people, even some who spoke English well, there seemed to be no way to switch it to an English interface. This ended up not being a problem, as the only thing we needed to know how to do was turn it on and turn it off thankfully. The actual phone service was great and we received strong wifi in all areas we went (Tokyo, Kyoto, Kibune, Nara). Would definitely rent this service again. When we returned to the airport, we made sure to put all the components back into the bag, seal the mailing envelope, and gave it back to the post office to ship.

Japan Wireless is my choice when traveling to Japan. They have been consistent with every aspect, from delivering the device on-time, to excellent coverage and download speed. And, when I had a problem (which was *my* mistake) they were so kind and helpful that I was amazed.

I do not write many reviews, but Japan Wireless has been so good I want to do a little something in return.

Other businesses could learn a lot from the way Japan Wireless cares about its customers. Sugoi!

Have used Japan Wireless many times, always easy to order and never a fuss. The extra mobile battery comes in handy as well! Will be using it again for sure.

So glad we went with the unlimited wifi, not having to worry about exceeding date limit and two of us can just jump onto wifi at the same time. Picking up and dropping off was a breeze. Easy to set up, we have wifi up and running before we got onto the train that was bound for the city. No lag with speed or drop outs during the entire trip, except the times we were in the tunnel. Apart from that, a must get for any self planned trip. Highly recommended!
