I was very happy with Japan Wireless. My pocket wifi was already waiting for me at my hotel which was great cos I had just placed my order the day before. It came with very easy instructions for use and for return. Reliable and fast coverage from Osaka to Nara to Kyoto.

A great addition to our travel around Japan, we collected from the airport with no fuss, during our stay we had wireless everywhere we went, hassle free, unlimited data, worked every time in everyplace..... a must have accessory when travelling Japan and a trusted brand in Japan

I visited Japan from Feb. 24 to March 4 and Japan Wireless was the perfect solution for staying in touch with work and family. I am truly grateful to you guys and to the folks at the post office at the airport who helped me. I thought the websites for wifi routers all seemed sketchy but Japan Wireless was perfect for us.
