The wifi unit was waiting for me at the hotel upon my arrival. Coverage was consistent even with 3 devices using the signal. Returning the device was easy and convenient.

Très bon débit dans tout Tokyo même jusqu'au mont Fuji.Récupéré à l'aéroport comme prévu.A été d'une très grande utilité pour se déplacer dans Tokyo (Google map et appli pour le métro et JR)et aucune surprise de sur facturation.Je les recommandes sans problème et repasserai par eux à mon prochain voyage au japon sans hésiter!

We had a great connection every time. The spare battery was great and you could even use it for your phone if needed. This wireless is better than anything you could get at a hotel.

Very handy for traveling. It fits in the pocket. And it was easy to return by post. I would definitely recommend this and when i come back to Japan I would order Japan Wireless again.
