Japan Wireless has excellent customer service. They had great prices and offered immediate detailed directions on how to claim your device in Japan , and answered all questions immediately. There was no waiting and I know now, 1 month in advance that all I have to do is bring my receipt and collect my device the Narita Airport Post Office.
