Had a great experience with Japan Wireless during our travels. The pocket WiFi and USB power bank were super easy to use and reliable - just stuff in a backpack and off you go. Definitely helps to have unlimited data transfer and no worries about overages. Would recommend this service!

The portable wifi did not let us down even once. We used it on our 14 day trip and it was great! I would definitely recommend anyone especially with family to go for this. Pick up and return was very easy. we picked it up at Narita and returned it to Itami smoothly.

The Japan Wireless pocket wifi was the perfect connectivity solution for our trip to Japan. Through all of our stays, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Tokyo, it worked flawlessly. The best part was each of us didnt need to worry about an eSIM/SIM as the pocket wifi could accommodate up to 10 connected users.

Very good experience using the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Easy to pick up from Narita. Used it for the 2 weeks we were in Japan, never let us down with reception. Drop off was easy at Narita in the pre packaged envelope. Will definitely use this company again when we return to Japan! Thank you so much for the amazing service!

pocket wifi worked great for our trip. like that the router was small, but the unit become warm & sometimes hot to the touch.
