Great product and service

Thank you; this was very useful to have on our trip and really helped us out when travelling. Highly recommended! Also excellent customer service with mailing to our hotel, and easy return of the product at the end of our trip via mail as well.

works fine, easy to return.

Easy process for pick up and delivery, and they were even thoughtful enough to include a portable battery pack for additional battery life.

Excellent coverage and battery life

This is my second time ordering from japan wireless and I would order from them again!

Very straightforward, no hassle getting it delivered to the hotel to pick up, the instructions are simple to follow and joy, so I never lose connection to the internet. Mainly I was able to connect more than one devices to it at the same time.

Great battery life, fantastic performance. Never had an issue connecting. Faultless. The process is super easy (had it delivered to our hotel) and dropped off at the airport just before you go through security after checkin. 10/10. 20/10 if I could!

We received the wifi at the hotel in the right time and is really easy to use

Good and fast, reliable
