It has been very convenient. Highly suggest using this product. The battery life is very good.

Excellent

Worked perfectly.

I had absolutely no problems with it during my stay at Japan. Would definitely rent it again on future visits to Japan!

This pocket wifi is great. The only time we had any problems with it was on one day it didn't work for about 4 hours. But lucky we already were familiar around the area.

Fue muy fácil usar el pocket wifi, fue muy fácil recogerlo y devolverlo, es muy práctico y altamente recomendable de usar

I was very pleasantly surprised by how well the package worked; I collected it at Narita Airport and unpacked on the airport bus to Tokyo and connected it to my phone and right away I found I could connect to the Internet and talk to family back home - this is how pocket wi-fi should work, and I would gladly use Japan Wireless again on my next Japan trip.

I've used Japan wireless twice already and it has never failed me! The speed is so fast and it is able to connect 5 gadgets I brought with me on my trip! I highly recommend this!

Very reliable product, great transaction and service. Highly recommended. Super convenient too as the device will wait for you at your hotel.

I will definitely use Japan Wireless on my next trip to Japan. The WiFi signal was strong during our entire trip even when we went up to Sapporo and other parts of Hokkaido. I arranged the pick up at QL Liner at the Narita airport (terminal 2) when we arrived. JW includes return packaging so the return was very easy. I just dropped it off at the post office on the 4th floor of terminal 1 at Narita on our way out. I thought the price was very reasonable and well worth it. I paid around 100$ USD for 13 days. It was perfect for using google maps, navigating public transportation and social media. I would highly recommend JW.
