Great wifi and easy to pick up and return. I have tried many other services and I will be choosing this when I come back to Japan.

We never had a problem with the connection nor the battery span, rented it out in tokyo and brought it to sapporo and everything was just so smooth, definitely recommended. will rent again! :)

I found it easy to use, and was of great help during my trip, however the battery doesn't last very long and you have to recharge it at least twice a day.

We had this device for 3 weeks and traveled Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Osaka, Koyasan, Nara and Matsumoto. We sometimes had 7 devices connected. There was excellent coverage and speed, it also worked on metro and train and we used all the time for Google Maps etc. No complaints, highly recommended!

Good value for your money

Perfect for our family. Worked really. Thanks!

Great company - have used them twice nice and always very happy.

I love the convenience of having the device sent to the hotel and having it work out of the package. Thank you!

Easy to rent especially since the wi if was sent to the hotel. Worth the price.

Hey, I had great time in Japan and thanks to your device I navigated easily through metro and trains routes to find my way. Will get it again, pick-up and drop is very easy and simple. All good, recommend!
