I purchased 2 data SIM cards for our recent trip to Japan. Japan Wireless delivered the cards to our hotel so they were waiting for us on arrival. Easy set up and had trouble free data for our 12 day stay throughout Japan. Would recommend and would purchase again on next visit. Very happy customer.

The router was easy to carry around and the battery lasted the whole day. The wifi was reliable and worked very well.

Good reception quite everywhere (sometimes, on the shinkansen or in the metro, not so good, but rarely happened).
Battery to be improved.

Good customer service too.

Japan Wireless is a must have when visiting Japan
They make it easy to pock up and drop off
Device comes with everything you need plus a battery back up

In a panic, I had almost forgotten to order a portable WiFi kit. So around 6 hours before landing in Japan I ordered this and by the time I had landed in Narita airport it was ready for collection. Throughout my week in Tokyo I had no problems at all with the device, the inclusion of a portable charger was fantastic because I didn't bring by own but I didn't even have to use it for the device itself lasting well over 10 hours on a single charge with constant use through the day. It allowed me to stay constantly connected, watch videos, keep in contact with my friends and post pictures and videos online to various social media. Fantastic product, well worth the price!

everything worked fine, the device was delivered to the Hotel and we had it directly at the first day.

Very fast !

Very satisfied with this product and performance, I will use it again

Worked perfectly, easy to set up, delivered to hotel as requested. Highly recommend.
