Good connection across all Japan. Easy to claim at the airport.

No issue, easy to pick up, easy to install following the instructions, good speed of internet... So no issues, i recommend it

Japan wireless has been my favorite service every time we visit Japan. Always reliable, on time and no hassle. The WiFi services works even in the remote areas. Highly recommend their service.

Is a very good product.

Fast connection, long battery life (didn't need to use the extra battery), having the extra battery just in case was nice, value for money, easy pick up (even late at night) and return.

Other than occasional glitch that required me setting the phone to airplane mode in order to force re-registering the sim to the base tower. Not sure if that was caused by the building I was in not having good coverage. That happened less than 5 times during my 11 day trip so it wasn't that big of a deal. I'll use it again for my next trip for sure.

The wireless device served us very well during our week in Japan. We were very glad to have had it.

Trovato il dispositivo dove indicato, preso in maniera semplice e veloce e restituito facilmente. Non mi ha mai dato problemi di connessione né altro, la batteria dura tanto e con il powerbank in dotazione si arriva abbondantemente a fine giornata.

The product worked as expected and provided the promised service throughout our stay in Tokyo. Customer service was also responsive; I sent an email to extend the service in the morning and I received the response after a couple of hours.
