Super easy to purchase and initiate — worked a treat

This was a new model that was different then I have used to previously. This model functioned well and only had to be reset a few times when it lost service while away from the large cities.

I get 2 pocket wifi for my group trip for an important italian tour operator. they worked perfectly all the time and in every situation.
Also perfect pick up and drop off at the airport. Good price and very good value

The SIM worked fine. I had some problems during first activation (not related to the SIM), I wrote an email to the customer care that gave me a quick response and helped to salve the problem. Excellent service.
