I highly recommend Japan wireless for their excellent service and quality. Never had an issue with the connection, the battery life on the pocket wifi was excellent. I would definitely use them again on our next trip to Japan.

Easy to use and convenient delivery to hotel

Easy to get at the airport, and easy to return at a post office box. Price is competitive. The wire they gave me didn't work, but I had an extra on me. The internet is also "ok", but definitely not high speed. It did in fact work everywhere, including islands off of mainland Japan. Would get again.

I have asked questions and also needed to exchange my device due to a minor issue, both times customer service was fast, professional, and effective in full English.

WiFi provided excellent service in Tokyo. The only negative was that the device would randomly reboot & we would lose signal at in opportune times.

We purchased the pocket wifi for a weeklong trip to Japan for three users. The battery lasted all day and it was super easy to connect to. Plus, our internet was still super fast and never had any connection issues. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Easy to pickup at the airport and drop off right before our departure.

Easy to use, good coverage

This is a great product which did exactly as was described. Very easy to use.
