We used this product through Japan wireless for our recent 17day visit to Japan.
They delivered to our hotel for the day we arrived; product was easy to set up; battery lasted all day; pod was light enough to slip in a pocket/bag and forget about; coverage was excellent; price was about a quarter of what vodafone wanted to charge for data roaming from UK.
Once your break comes to an end, you simply post it back in a prepaid/supplied envelope.
Will definitely use this company again when we return to Japan.
Highly recommended

Wi-Fi service was stable and secure — really easy pick up and drop off. Highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Never obtained an eSIM for holidays before so decided to use one in Japan. Well worth it. Had data all the time.

Great. Had no problems using it.

For me this is the best way to get internet in Japan. I would buy it anytime again

Very reliable, affordable, amazing pocket WiFi. Easy to collect and easy to return. 10 out of 10. Will definitely rent again when I come back to Japan.

Excellent speed and lasted all day.

The pocket WiFi was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived in Tokyo. It was simple to set up and didn’t fail us during our 26 days in Japan. Put it in the post box at Kansai airport as we left.

Convenient, available, fast internet all through Japan.

Easy pick up and return. Worked out well for our family
