After our first day in Japan we realized that our phone carrier’s high speed data wasn’t cutting it. We ordered Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless and it arrived at our hotel the next day. It worked perfectly and made it easy to travel throughout Japan. We put it in the prepaid envelope and mailed it right at the Natita Airport. I highly recommend.

I ordered the Premium WiFi for 13 days. I picked up the WiFi at Narita airport and 2 days later, the WiFi would not charge up power. I went to my hotel's lobby and the front desk was able to use their charger cable and power up the WiFi; so, I knew that my cable wasn't working. I reached out to Japan Wireless and Japan Wireless customer service was awesome. Japan Wireless responded to me and sent out a new cable, A/C adapter, and return envelope to my hotel so I was able return the defective cable and adapter. I was able to use my Wi-Fi unit and stay connected in Japan. Excellent customer's service!! I would recommend this company to my friends & family. Thank You for the ease of returning the Wi-Fi unit on my departure. Very convenient.

East to collect & use & return
Connection speed is fast

We travelled Japan for two weeks with this wifi. It was brilliant and sometimes better than the hotel wifi. Highly recommend

Everything was easy to use, worked as advertised, and I can imagine trying to get around Japan without it. I highly recommend this company and the product I used.

Excellent performance but pricing to be more reasonable. Thank You

The signal of the WiFi is good depending on the location but overall , it’s good. However, the reason Iam with this company is the customer service provided to its customers. Very professional, if you have an issue, they will reply right away. So Iam very happy with this company .

I really enjoyed using the pocket wifi. It's very affordable when travelling with your partner and you have no intention of splitting up. I never had an issue with wifi even underground in the subways. I would 100% rent from Japan Wireless the next time I go to Japan

This option was great really affordable, easy to set up and worked instantly. Just ensure your phone is unlocked.

Fast reliable service with clear instructions
