I've been very happy with the 30 day sim.
Worked 99% of the time even in most subway stations.
The only critique I can give is that installation for first time users can be very confusing, luckily I had help from a more experienced person who could help me.

Easy and convenient pick up and return. Device functioned perfectly. Will use this service again.

Geweldige router doet het erg goed zijn zeer tevreden en raad dit iedereen aan

highly recommended

Easy to setup, no connection issues for my trip.

I recently traveled to Japan and used Japan Wireless for my portable Wi-Fi needs. I visited four cities (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Kagawa), and the service was exceptional throughout my entire trip.

The booking process was seamless, and the device was ready for me upon arrival. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which made navigating, staying in touch, and sharing my experiences so much easier. The battery life was also impressive, lasting me through long sightseeing days.

Thank you, Japan Wireless, for enhancing my travel experience! I would highly recommend your service to anyone traveling to Japan.

Everything was ok, delibery and quality vero good

The directions for picking up the WiFi hotspot device was clear and return was also simple, just drop into mailbox before airport security gate. Service and WiFi worked well in almost all areas in Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo, except during travel on Shinkansen which is expected. On hindsight we should have perhaps requested two devices or used eSIM method because one or two occasions we separated for different sightseeing and only one person could hold onto device. I would recommend Japan Wireless to colleagues for traveling in Japan.

great device, great service. Would recommend
