It was a great and has a good signal all throughout the places we visited in Osaka and Kyoto.

My wife and I picked up one of these for our two week trip to Japan. It was easy to pickup and get started and the battery in the unit also was up to the challenge. We had to use the external battery from time to time, but not often. There were a few times that it didn’t work, like during sections of our ride on the Shinkansen. Those times were pretty few and far between though. Overall, we liked the product and it served our needs well. The return was very easy at the end of our trip and we got a lot of use out of it. I would use this service again.

Very convenient to use and easy to return

It worked very well and was easy to get and return

It was very helpful. Thanks!

Super small, battery lasted throughout the day with 2 devices connected. Didn't need to use the included battery pack at all.

The unit was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived.
We had the unit for 17 days, it worked perfectly. It only needed rebooting once when it stalled for a moment. The battery lasted the whole day, it was reassuring to know it came with a additional battery.
At the end of the holiday it was easy to pop into the postbox and the airport.
Highly recommend

We rented the pocket wifi while we travel Japan for 2 weeks and this was the best thing to have. It was great and works very well wherever we go from Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya and Hiroshima. I recommend to anyone.

We found Japan Wireless System to be extremely user friendly.Their instructions regarding pick up location at Haneda airport as well as connecting the modem
to our phones were precise. We had availed of their services for 14 days and were connected 24/7 without any disconnection problem. The additional battery pack which comes along with the package is very useful in extending connectivity. We found that it was good value for money.

We were hesitant at first to book this but it was smoothly processed and legit company providing pocket wifi for your trip to Japan. It was a superb experience from receiving it to returning it. Great Work Japan Wireless! And of top of it, affordable pocket wifi, we are a satisified customer. Thank you and til we order again!
