Just perfect. The sim was easy to install and No problem with the connectivity. It worked smoothly with a decent speed (almost 100 Mbps) in most of the places in Japan. Would definitely recommend this one.

Very good.super convenient.

It was easy to use. They also delivered it to my hotel and when I checked in, it was waiting for me. Drop off was a breeze too. You just needed to drop it off at the airport in a box.

100% recommend the 15 day SIMs. We got 4, one for each of the family, and worked perfectly everywhere we went, even in remote places. Made navigating, keeping in touch, finding shops and restaurants and public transport so much easier. Picked up at airport and plugged in and off we went. Thanks for the terrific service.

Excellent! Highly recommend!

Wifi arrived at hotel before check in. It worked well for a few days then stopped working. Customer service was able to get another device to me same day!

very efficient and easy to use. Big help in allowing us to explore Japan effortlessly while staying connected. Thank you and excited to use again for our next visits!

Good Service from pickup to drop off. Great connection throughout the time used.

This WiFi worked well and was easy to use. Delivered on time and easy to return. Definitely recommend.

It took us a while to find where to pick up our WiFis and we actually arrived late, but the nice gal there still gave us our 3 pocket WiFi’s that we rented. She was so nice!
