We’ve made six trips to Japan in the past four years, and each time, we’ve booked a pocket wifi device through Japan Wireless. We’ve never had any issues with the device. It’s always waiting for us at the airport, and the reception is spotless, no matter where in Japan we’re visiting. Multiple family members can connect to the same device without any worries about data or time limits.
