Everything was great!

The package was waiting in my hotel room on arrival, so easy to connect to your phone, extremely reliable, able to make video call as well as downloads. With out this we would of been much more limited with our ability to get about and make the most of our time in Japan

A Wifi device is a must when visiting Japan. The Japan Wireless device served us very well and provided very good access to internet everywhere we went. We found the cost to be cheaper than others and the powerbank included with the device was fantastic as it freed our other powerbanks to use with our other devices. Highly recommended!

This product has been a dream to use and has facilitated our Japan trip immensely.
