This pocket wifi helped us a lot in our first Japan trip. Instructions were clear and easy to follow so everything was smooth from claiming to returning via post. Will definitely avail again when we return to Japan!

I'm very satisfied with your product. The internet connection was reliable in almost every pleace I visited in Japan. I also had no problem with starting configuration. If I ever visit Japan again I'm very likely to use Japan Wireless again.
