Overall good experience. Worked well in Tokyo as well as in Osaka. No real problems with battery dying during the day though there is a portable charger provided. Though it was only me using it and it was around 10% when coming back to our place.

Easy pickup at the airport. Easy to use. Lots of data. Easy to bring anywhere. Easy return at the airport with the post mailbox.

Easy to reserve, pickup and return. Worked perfectly on our trip across Japan and never had any connection issues. Battery life lasted the whole day but remember to charge overnight! A power bank was also included. Would definitely rent again!

I had a great experience with Japan Wireless. The service was affordable, and the device was not only easy to use and compact, but it also charged quickly and the battery lasted all day. It was convenient to carry around, and returning it was hassle-free. I'll definitely be using Japan Wireless again when I return to Japan in a few months. Highly recommended!

Coverage is good and reliable most of the time. but at certain areas signal may be weak or erratic. But will definitely use the service again as it it convenient and easy to use

Easy to use. Not clear what settings to use for iMessages without being charged by our primary carrier.

Simple to organise and pick up from the airport and even simpler to use. Occasionally it got a little slower but only momentarily and we were happy with the service. Will use again on our next trip ✨
