Great product and service, easy to mail back.

Repeat Japan Wireless customer. The pocket wifi unit connected easily to my iPhone 15 and met all of my needs during my recent business trip. I did not have to use the supplied back-up power unit, even after long days on the road. I picked the pocket wifi unit up at Haneda International Airport upon arrival and returned it by Japan Post in the self-addressed, prepaid return envelope shortly before proceeding through the security gates at Haneda to catch my flight home. Japan Wireless promptly confirmed receipt of the returned equipment by email.

Great product and service

Japan Wireless is an easy and very affordable wireless option when travelling in Japan. We found it easy to pick up (great staff at Narida Airport showed us how to set it up) and it was easy to drop off back at the Airport on our way home. Highly recommend.

I looked around at several companies when planning my trip to Japan and I am glad that I found Japan Wireless. Not only did they have an amazing price, we were able to run two cell phones off of the data the entire 2 week trip with no issues. Some companies limit data heavily, but I did not experience any issues and was able to play movies or apps the entire time.
