Works perfect, no problem at all

Worked well. It was fast. And a very solid connection. It did randomly shut down a few times

Worked well wherever I went on our trip

5th time visiting Japan, and always trusting Japan Wireless for my travels. Convenient, good service, trustworthy.

Very good service all along our trip in japan

Great service! We only found that we had poor service in very remote areas, otherwise the service was perfect! It was so easy to set up, the battery lasted all day before needing to be recharged and it was really easy to post it back in the airport.
The only negative is that I requested a Friday delivery to my friends house and they attempted delivery in Thursday whilst he was still at work. He then had to bike an hour out of his way to collect.

Product Perfect. All ok

I had a great experience. It was easy to buy it , configurarion was quick and internet connection was amazing. I would recommend it to a friend.

Loved the ordering process , the pick up process was so easy , easily set up , clear instructions , invaluable on our 3 week trip , and so easy to return. Thank you.

Easy pick up and drop. Long lasting batery.
