Worked great. No problems with pick up. Used whole trip and it kept the speed. Battery lasted all day too.

Very smooth interaction and very clear instructions on use and return of equipment. Perfect solution for a family visiting Japan.

Average daily price of $3.83 including taxes is a great value, supporting multiple users and being able to navigate in real time throughout local travel. Prepaid mailing envelope to return equipment at Haneda airport postal drop-off was a breeze. Will definitely rent again for next trip!

The pocket wifi was ready at our hotel when we checked in and we were able to drop it off in the postal bin at the Haneda departures lobby. The signal was strong throughout the day.

Reliable travel all around Japan and used it to work on my laptop. Customer service was also great!

Premium Wifi device and service is great, fast, accurate, reliable, very good cost based on the services provide. High Quality and easy to use . Full wifi signal coverage in Tokyo.

Best possible experience. Battery lasts through the whole day, and even so, just in case, the company adds a power bank in the package. Works flawlessly, made our trip much easier.

The pocket wifi was so helpful during my trip in Japan. I never lost connection to the WiFi. Highly recommend to all tourists.

I’m glad I rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. The process was easy, the router worked great, and the service was excellent. I will definitely rent from them again!

Very useful and reliable
