With Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi, I never experienced downtime even in subways nor in crowded areas. Customer service was excellent. Pick up and return of the wifi was easy. This is perfect for traveling in Japan.

The process was super simple and straight forward! You can get it delivered directly to the hotel you will be staying at and is relatively easy to use! Will be using Japan Wireless again when we come back in the summer!

It was delivered to our hotel as requested and ready when we checked in. Great Wifi, never slowed down or lost reception even though there were 4 in my family using the Wifi. Would definitely use Japan Wireless again when travelling to Japan, hopefully soon!
