The Japan Wireless pocket wi-fi we used on our visit to Japan was very useful. Our trip lasted for 18 days and we were able to keep in touch with our friends and family for the whole time. We had no problems with the wireless connection and we were very pleased with how much it helped. The cost was very reasonable and the pickup and return of the device was very easy. We will use Japan Wireless again for our next trip.

Best experience so far for my eSim. No interruptions, easy to install, fast speeds all around Tokyo and Tsukuba area. Thank you for the great service!

It's been completely essential for our trip, so useful! We didn't have any issue, it works perfectly even inside the metro station. Highly recommended. And also very easy to received and give back the device.

Easy and good coverage

I’ve used Wi-Fi machines before and other countries and I can safely say that this one truly works seamlessly. I was surprised to see that it even worked in the most remote countryside areas we visited. Thank you for the reliable service.

Very efficient and fast connection. Battery is superb no need to use the power bank that comes with it as it last for the entire day.

Third time to avail their service and never failed to deliver excellent service. Quality wifi devices. Good for travelers that do not want to buy sim cards. Will definitely avail again.

Very good wifi signal, easy to pick up and to drop off at airport!

This is our second time using Japan Wireless and definitely won't be last. Everything from pickup, use and return is amazingly simple. Took it all around Tokyo, Kamakura,Nikko, and Hakone and it worked flawlessly. Will definitely refer it to all my friends visiting Japan.

Very good service. The WiFi hotspot was delivered to my hotel and ready for me when I checked in. The unit worked perfectly with good reception everywhere I travelled in Japan, from Tokyo to Hokkaido. When leaving Japan, I just dropped it in the mailbox at the airport using the postage paid envelope provided.
