The wifi strength was very good even when we had 2-3 deviced accessing it. We had no interruption for 10 days.

Wifi was at my hotel when I arrived
Worked well but does need the use of the provided battery backup to use it for 8 hours. Return was simple, just dropped into Japan post box at the airport in preaddressed envelope included with rental.

Japan Wireless made my experience simple and effortless. With reliable high-speed internet throughout my stay I had no issues being able to connect and access the things I needed on multiple devices. The receiving of the package and return was simple to handle mailing.
