Traveling Japan for 10-15 days. I choose mini instead of sim card to keep in touch and handle any transactions, and Japan Wireless has this process down to a customer-friendly science. From airport or hotel pick-up, to coverage, to return and cost, they have been simply perfect EVERY time. I've had 100% coverage for the 3 or 4 devices I use, with excellent speeds. I use whatsapp for my calls, and stream with no issues. I'll use them next time, too.

I was little nervous because I never used an eSIM for travelling, could not check the installation before, no App, but it worked out fine. I bought it one week before the flight, printed out the Qr-Code. Connected in Japan with the Airport-Wifi, scanned the code and some minutes later data ran!! There is no monitor of used data, so I reseted my used data on the mobile. One week in Japan still runs well no connection problems so far and I don’t use the accommodation wifi. The price-performance is great! - out of 6 providers of which I made my research.

Simple et efficace.

No compaints. It was easy to install and I had service where ever I went. In the countryside of Fujinomiya though I only received 4G but all in all very happy with the sim and it made life much easier whilst in Japan. On my previous visits to Japan I always used portable wifi so this was the first time with an eSim. It was nice not to have to remember to charge and carry an extra item with you at all times!

Worked well everywhere we went in Japan including the subways. Was at our hotel when we arrived and drop off was easy. The supplied spare battery was handy also.

I was travelling in between 3 cities and the connection was great. No complaints at all. Highly recommended
