Really happy with my pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. It was super convenient that my router was sent to my hotel. Also, very easy to return. Would definitely recommend!

This March was my travel group's third time in Japan, and we have used Japan Wireless every time. The pickup and dropoff process was easy as always, and the Pocket Wifi worked without issues.

The process from ordering to returning the device was seamless. Clear instructions, clean and neat package with all the cables and chargers delivered. We will definitely use Japan Wireless again on our next visit to Japan. Highly recommend!

The best wireless option ever!
We booked a Pocket Wireless online and the morning after we went to Minato (Tokyo) to get it from the office.
The staff has been very kind and we had all the necessary information. The device comes with a little bag where you have the charging cable, an adapter and a little power bank.
Everything worked perfectly and sending back the Pocket Wireless from the Haneda airport has been super easy.
The signal has always been very good and we easily connected three devices (iphone).
The price was perfectly fine and much cheaper than other companies.
Highly recommended!
