Japan wireless provides excellent service and customer support

We are 2 - couple/family - repeated users for several delivery points where we experience perfection in all rentals. Even 1 time where Wifi device failed after 1 day and with not enough time to replace/resend, full refund was offered with no question. Not to mention Japan Wireless even response promptly while we were stuck with a not working Wifi device - we resort to hotel wifi in the mean time - to help us trouble shoot..etc to savage restart the failed device. All said, we find Japan Wireless to be the exemplary of Japan socio-economic model - honest, deliver quality at reasonable price. どうもありがとう

Nice availability and easily portable device with good battery life.
Speeds weren't reaching the advertised limit, but good enough for light use.

Japan Wireless fût très utile pour notre voyage au Japon . Je recommande fortement ce produit . Nous n’avons jamais eu de problèmes de connection .
Nous avons eu un problème avec la batterie de rechange et Japon Wireless nous a livré la batterie au bureau de poste le plus près de notre hôtel , dans un temps record ! C’est plus cher qu’une carte eSIM mais plus efficace et fonctionnel. L’appareil n’est pas gros à transporter nous l’avions simplement dans le sac à dos . Nous avons connecté 4 appareils simultanément. Nous ne prenions meme plus la peine de se connecter au Wifi de l’hôtel tellement et que le pocket wifi était fiable et efficace. Merci Japan Wireless !!!

Japan Wireless helped me greatly on my first trip to Japan. I would not have been able to navigate the complex subway system for the first time, if I did not have phone service. Thank you staff members for being informative and friendly. I would rent from this company again.
