I knew this brand a few years ago and I liked the service, that's why I used it again. They answer quickly and find good solutions. Just be careful with the heat, but I think that applies for every electronic device.

Shipping was fast and service was excellent

The pocket wifi was easy to set up and worked really well. The unit got quite hot while charging, and we needed a second power pack because the charge didn't last the whole day, even after charging it during the day. Highly recommended.

I would recommend 100% Pocket wifi worked great only a couple places it didn't work was way up in the mountains but that is expected. Really came in handy and worked flawless everytime for VOIP calls or during facetime.
