Its already my 3rd time to rent Japan Wireless Premium Wi-fi for my trip to Japan and everything is reliable, as usual! From pick-up (I have tried both airport pick-up and delivery to hotel) to drop-off (always just conveniently at a mailbox in the airport) its easy. Connectivity is also not an issue - even if I go to somewhere quite remote.

They come with cables and a big spare battery. We used five of them for three weeks. It was great. Super easy to return at a train station.
