From Tokyo to remote Tottori Sand Dunes we always had connectivity.

Connection was fast and reliable and the battery life was long enough to be used for 10 hours straight

I rent this pocket wi fii for a two weeks travel in Japan. It was absolutely really helpful. Long last of charge and it always guaranteed a good signal.

Everything worked perfectly. The delivery was ok, at the Kansai Airport. The router worked perfectly in Osaka, both outside and inside. The battery last for the entire day. An envelop to send it back was provided.

I've used this pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless 2 years in a row and have reserved it again for my upcoming trip to Japan. It's super convenient and fast speed. Last year, I had to have it closer to my phone to stay connected but this seems to have improved and as long as it's within my person somewhere. It also comes with a backup portable battery, which I have yet to use but is still convenient. They are able to deliver to your hotel and then, upon leaving Japan, you are able to simply drop it in the postal box before you enter the departure area. Reasonable prices and just super easy and convenient. Highly recommend Japan Wireless for your wi-fi needs.

Perfect - no need to roam. Fast speeds available everywhere (even on subway)

Worked perfectly Fast!

Everything was fine, easy and simple, performance very good.

Great WiFi all over Japan! Thank you!

A very good product and very easy to use. Hardly need to use the free power bank that came with the wifi router. Collection is a bit troublesome though; the post office on 4th level of Narita is difficult to find with so many shops around.
