All very good - excellent service

Unfortunately the battery life of the device does not last more than 6 hours. A power bank is provided as part of the package, it needs to be carried at all times. Would have been better if the battery life is longer.

Very easy to order and return, good signal, very convenient for visitors who will have short staying in Japan

There at the hotel when we checked in worked great every day till we left. Dropped it of with hotel when we checked out. Doesn't get much better than this.

The wireless Wifi was waiting for me as I arrived on the hotel. The Wifi functioned perfectly during my 10 day stay everywhere I traveled. Returning the Wifi at Narita airport was very easy. I can recommend The Japan Wireless Wifi Service.

We used during pur trip in Japan and were connected the whole time. No need to search for free WiFi. Navigation with Google Maps worked fine with the help of the router. It’s saves a lot of time and hassle.
