We travelled during our Holidays from Osaka to Kyoto and spent one week in Tokyo. The wireless System was great and never out of order.

The formula with the router and power bank is perfect! We spent 2 weeks in japan with japan wireless and we never get lost!

Really fantastic!

In general it was very good experience to have hired the wi-fi with you, very good internet signal the only drawback is that the Wi-Fi stack ran out quickly and we realized because we were running out of signal but we put it to load and ready !

The pocket wi-fi worked so well and I'll use it whenever I travel internationally. I go to Japan every year. One year, I tried using the international data plan available through my phone carrier. Unfortunately, the data got eaten up quickly and I kept having to spend more money for more data. The next year, I tried a SIM card that I bought in Japan and it was a pain to use. The ease of ordering, obtaining, and returning this product was fabulous! Japan Wireless came up as a top brand when I did my research and had great reviews. I will use them again next year!

Fast enough, convenient, if you can afford it. I will use it again.

4 hours of use but wonderful service

This product and service was great! It was easy to use and made our visit to Japan much easier. My husband and I traveled in Japan on our own, so we really needed WiFi for maps, train schedules, and other information, which we could easily access at any time. The additional battery also came in handy on days we were out and about for more than 9 hours, when the WiFi device's battery died.

Rented this for my past 3 trips to Japan. Great customer service, very easy to use pocket wifi that has good range, long battery life and comes with an additional battery pack, which I only had to use once. You can also have it delivered directly to your hotel so it's there when you arrive then you simply drop off in post box right outside departure gate at Narita airport (comes with return envelope). Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

We truly appreciated the efficiency of both the service and the device during our stay in Japan. I've picked it up at the post office at the airport, used it for 2 weeks and then simply post it again at the airport. Easy and cool. Also, they give you an extra charger which is useful for charging the device after more than 10 hours of working and for mobile phones. Molto consigliato!
