We travel to Japan once a year and this is the first time we ever rent wifi. Not sure why we have never done so but this comes very handy esp for our little one. awesome reception and battery life not as bad as others mentioned. Will definitely rent them again.

As a tourist from Belgium (Europe) I visited Japan for 23 days..
Logistics : 5 stars , I ordered by internet three weeks before visiting Japan
I asked for delivery in Narita Airport when i was landing : very smooth handling at the postoffice
Connections : also 5 stars : even in the Shenkanzen i had a good connection.
Only in the tunnels of the Japanese Alps was the connection interrupted.

Conclusion :
I only can recommand the service and quality off Japan Wireless

Super handy delivery at the airport post office. Super easy to navigate. External battery provided which lasts app. 10hrs. Return envelope included which let’s you drop off the device at any post office or post office box
