Very handy having this portable device and sharing it with my travel group together. It was easy to collect from the airport and use throughout our vacation and worked well.

I always rent the premium pocket WiFi when going to Japan. With the pocket WiFi I am completely independent; I never even needed the backup battery but had peace of mind having it in my travel pouch. Lightweight, and never let me down. I don’t like messing with SIM cards in my phone, instead sending back the WiFi back right from the airport is easy enough. I am a repeat customer and will definitely be back!

Easy to understand options and prices. The process of ordering, pickup, and dropoff was very clearly laid out. The standard, consistency and speed of the WiFi was excellent and more than adequately served the needs of 2 users for more than 2 weeks while we travelled Japan.
I highly recommend to everyone and would 100% order and use again on my next trip to Japan!
