Wi-Fi worked perfectly the 2 weeks we were in Japan. It worked for us at Disney Sea and through our travels - phone calls, texts, and data. Had phones in airplane mode the whole time with WiFi calling enabled.

En todo mi viaje, fue la única opción que usé, nunca falló , tuve internet en todos lados, hasta los lugares más lejanos. Solo ten siempre con pila tu aparato . Lo volvería a usar y lo recomiendo

This was our second time using this service. We had a great experience both times, and the ease and convenience is why we chose it again. We were never without service as we traversed across the country for about two weeks.

Everything was simple

Easy pick up and delivery. Signal was strong in most places but had a little trouble in the mountains as should be expected. Battery life lasted nearly all day of frequent use and the extra battery pack was more than enough to supplement

I was really happy with my experience with the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless for my two week trip. I had bad experiences trying to use e-sim applications and my cellular service provider charged exorbiant fees for usage overseas so I looked to pocket wifi for an alternative. The device and the service was great. I could go the entire day without issues with the power running out and I never had any problem with service availability at all throughout Japan. I would highly recommend them.

This was my second time using Japan Wireless and not only was the service great for my entire 3 week trip, but it was also the most affordable option. I can’t recommend Japan Wireless enough and will be using them again for my trip to Japan next year!
