It is the second time I am using Japan Wireless to have internet in Japan. Everywhere I went the signal was always good, and the navigation fast. Perfect service, reliable and effective.

thank you japan wireless and more power.

Had good coverage while traveling in Aomori, Hakodate and of course in Tokyo! Battery lasted the whole day and never needed to charge it with the battery pack they provided. Would definitely rent from them again!

Ordered online & had it delivered to our hotel. It was very easy to set up & had good battery power. Return was easy with the envelope provided. Will use again next time we are in Japan

I loved the WiFi rental customer service and product during my stay in Japan. It did not let me down and I was on a working holiday.
I would highly recommend Japan-Wireless to anyone that asks me. Thank you.

Pick up and return was convenient.

great speed and last over 10 hours when fully charged

Japan wireless is a must when visiting or travelling around Japan, the best coverage no matter where you are in this beautiful country, cheap & affordable too & they also give you a back up battery which is very useful, very little English in Japan so very important to have good WiFi which will make your travel experience a lot easier ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am always in great hands when I work with Japan Wireless! I always rent their Pocket Premium Wi-Fi to take along with me during my trips to Japan. They make it absolutely effortless to get connected in Japan and I can always count on them to have the product waiting for me wherever I ask them to send it to. Their return package that they include also makes it very easy for me when I leave Japan. I can always count on them for my Wi-Fi needs and have definitely recommended them to friends and family while in Japan! Thank you Japan Wireless!!!
