Everything went perfectly. We picked up and dropped off the WiFi at different locations. It was easy and convenient.

We rented this for a 1 week trip in Tokyo. Easy pickup from the post office in Narita airport terminal. The workers knew we were there to pickup a Wi-Fi unit without us even saying anything haha. The coverage was great and we had no problems with the Wi-Fi unit itself. Definitely carry the battery pack that is included with you. The Wi-Fi seemed to get us through about half the day of full usage before the battery died and the battery pack charged it fully and still had some juice left over. Easy to drop off when we left and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be renting this again next time I'm in Japan!

Reasonably priced rates, reliable, convenient delivery. I was pleased with the timing of delivery, it was waiting at our hotel at check-in, having arrived the day before. Wi-fi coverage is reliable and was always on where ever we were. Also convenient drop-off. I will definitely rent again and I highly recommend to others

Excellent product.

The Wi-Fi works great and we always have a strong signal, we can even stream video with two devices connected. The batteryback seems broken tho but battery is good so it's fine haven't needed to use it yet. Just tried chargeing my phone with it and there was an issue with the pack.

Works Great! My wife, daughter,and I visited Tokyo and Kyoto. We used are phones with the wifi and used Google maps to get around and to help us with the train system. They give you an extra battery, but we didn't need it. But nice to have in case we did.

It was quite easy to use and always being connected.

My sister recommended going with Japan Wireless. The process was really easy from preorder, to pick up, set up, use, and drop off. No problems with the coverage where ever we went. They emailed me very good directions on where to pick up at Haneda Airport with pictures. Provided charging cable, pocket wifi, plug adapter, power bank, pouch, and return envelope with reminder to drop in mailbox before you go through security. Would highly recommend Japan Wireless and will use them again when visiting Japan.
