I have been to Japan 4 times over the past 6 years. Each time I visited Japan, I obtained a pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless. The equipment always arrived at my hotel, it was really easy to use and simple to return. Definitely recommend Japan Wireless.

Average 1 restart per week was needed (internet stopped working) but despite this, that is a tool everybody visiting Japan must have.

This device provided us with very good signal and battery can be enough for almost full day, The signal is cover the areas that we visit, so it’s very comfortable to carry and the weight is not heavy. Dropping it is very convenient at the airport.

We used the pocket wifi during our entire 13 days that we were in Japan. We didn't have any problems with signals or any interruptions. It's the best little wireless device ever! Renting it through the website was super easy and it was ready for pick up at Narita airport when we arrived. Dropping it off was super easy as well. Will definitely rent again!
