We rented the WiFi device for 3 weeks and it worked flawlessly the entire time. The power bank that is supplied too was great as it meant we had WiFi all day and only had to charge overnight. Would highly recommend it - we wouldn’t have managed without it!

We picked it up at the airport no problem and posted it back from outside Tokyo again no problem. Self addressed envelope so no looking for stamps etc. Would highly recommend this product especially when you don't have the language and need directions!!

We had a family member recommend this company to us and we were very happy they did. The router was at the hotel when we arrived for our holiday and it was in great condition. We were able to have 3 phones and a computer connected with no problem (we had the business 95Mbps). Returning the wifi was so easy as well. I will 100% be using this company the next time I come to Japan for a holiday.

Used for a little over two weeks with no problems. Service was fantastic after a mix up with our landing location (our fault), was delivered to our hotel within hours.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to Japan as my wife fell ill. Japan Wireless arranged for the device to be returned to them from the hotel and arranged a full refund. Outstanding service! Thank you so much. We are now visiting in April and will definitely use Japan Wireless. Gary
