Worked well, even in the subway stations (mostly)

This product was very helpful during my time in Japan. The battery lasted about 8 hours which is a long time for me. There wasn't really any connection issue.

Magnificent service , works perfectly, clear indications of use.
I will here the service on my next visit to Japan.

very happy with it, worked exactly as described, would use it again when coming to japan..would definetly recommend it

I booked the device upon suggestion of one of my friends. It was a quick and simple process. Astonishing fir me was the simplicity and effectiveness of the sending back procedure. The device worked everyday in any location with all my devices.

Muy buen servicio, lastima que la batería no aguante todo el día, es un punto a mejorar de los dispositivos, pero te lo envían con una batería externa recargable.

Goes with an complimentary battery to make it through the whole day

Everything worked perfectly. I couldn't be more happy

Parfait !

I had it delivered to my hotel, it was 2 days late but still charged! Worked great the time I had it! Return at the airport super easy. Would be nice if menu could be changed to another language. I recommend this to any one traveling to Japan and would use the service again. Schedule the pick up at the airport.
